The heat pipes are nickel-plated copper for better heat transfer. The heat sink has a smooth surface for improved contact with the CPU. The heat sink also has an offset design to allow for increased clearance from other heat-generating components. The Hyper T20 is compatible with Intel LGA 115x, 1150, 1155, 1156, 1366, 2011, 2011-3, and AMD AM2, AM3, FM1, FM2, and FM2+. The Hyper T20 is backed by a two-year warranty.
